We know you're looking forward to starting your daily habit — so we make it easy to follow your order every step of the way.
Step 1 — Check your email
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an automated shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 24 hours of placing your order.
Step 2 — Use your tracking number
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location. You can track your order directly using the links below:

Simply enter your tracking number on either site to see your delivery status and estimated arrival date.
Shipping timeframes
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Haven't received your tracking number?
If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@flovabrand.com with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, email us at support@flovabrand.com and we will resolve it for you.
International orders
At this time Flova ships within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future — if you're outside the US and interested in Flova, email us at support@flovabrand.com and we'll let you know when international shipping becomes available.
