We want your Flova to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) Free on all US orders over $50. Flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $50.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) Available at checkout for an additional fee calculated based on your location and order weight.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak postal periods which are outside of our control.
Carriers
Flova ships via USPS and UPS depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Your tracking confirmation email will specify which carrier is handling your delivery and include a direct tracking link.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@flovabrand.com with your order number.
Free shipping threshold
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all US orders of $50 or more before taxes. No code required β the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Flova is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please email us immediately at support@flovabrand.com with your order number and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbours as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected locations. If your package is still missing after 24 hours please email us at support@flovabrand.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged please email us at support@flovabrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
International shipping
At this time Flova ships within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. If you are outside the US and interested in Flova please email us at support@flovabrand.com and we will notify you when international shipping becomes available.
Holiday shipping
During peak holiday periods carrier delays are common and outside of our control. We recommend placing your order early during November and December to ensure timely delivery. We will always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
