30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you try Flova for 30 days and don't feel a difference, we will refund you in full. No forms to fill out. No products to ship back. No awkward conversations. Just email us at support@flovabrand.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
We mean it when we say no questions asked β but if you want to tell us what didn't work for you, we genuinely want to hear it. It helps us improve.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be within 30 days of the original order date. One refund per customer per product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@flovabrand.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost to you immediately β no need to return the original.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days of our confirmation email, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as processing times vary. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@flovabrand.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Exchanges
Because Flova is currently a single product store, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please see the section above.
